The location was strategic and comfy, walking distance to some of the amazing attractions Tangerang has to offer. On top of that, cafés and the movies were walking distance to the property. The room was neat & reasonably large with great facilities.

My room with internet connection and king bed, for instance was clean and cool enough, had good night's sleep. An electric kettle, a refrigerator, and an oven were nice. The location was great and absolutely perfect, right by restaurants, malls and, Summarecon Mall Serpong & a number of good eateries in shophouses, and Tangerang, in a great area. There was Burger King nearby to grab something to eat...

The location in a residential area was favourable and there were shopping centers and a market nearby. Also, an urban park was 1 mile away from the property. The team provided an outstanding service.

The basic amenities in the room were sufficient, and I appreciated having a large fridge to keep my drinks and snacks cold. The facilities, including the king bed, were great and added to the comfort of my stay.

The heavy traffic in the surrounding areas caused delays in getting to and from the hotel, which was frustrating at times. some of the menu items lacked in quality during the Christmas buffet, which was a bit disappointing.
